Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Good Luck N Life mobile application and related websites and services (the “Service”) operated by Radcliff Design LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company doing business as Good Luck N Life (“Good Luck N Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, completing a purchase, opting in to SMS, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We record the date, time, and version of the Terms you accept where the Service provides an acceptance step. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
IMPORTANT: Section 12 contains a binding arbitration provision and class action waiver that affect how disputes between you and Good Luck N Life are resolved. Please read it carefully.

2. Description of the service
Good Luck N Life is a personal life-task checklist app. You can create an account, maintain a personal “My List” of tasks, choose reminder frequencies, and receive optional push notifications and/or SMS reminders for tasks you select. You may also store document photos in an on-device vault. Full app access is available through a paid one-year access fee described below.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the registration information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password confidential and your account secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate profile and contact information
- Using only one account for yourself (unless we expressly permit otherwise)
Notify us promptly at info@goodlucknlife.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
5. Paid access
Access to the full Service is sold as a one-time payment of $29.99 USD for one year of access. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full credit card number. You may also unlock access by redeeming a valid access code we issue. Access begins when payment succeeds (or when an access code is successfully redeemed) and continues for one year from that date, unless these Terms say otherwise or the law requires a different result. Access does not renew automatically unless we clearly disclose auto-renewal at the time of purchase and you agree to it.
Refund policy: All sales of the $29.99 annual access fee are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact info@goodlucknlife.com promptly so we can investigate.
6. SMS and notification program
Push and SMS reminders are optional. SMS is enabled only after you complete our SMS Reminder Sign-Up form and actively check the consent box (never pre-checked).
SMS messages are transactional task reminders about items on your personal list that you have selected — not marketing or promotional advertising. Message frequency varies based on the reminder settings and schedule you choose for your tasks. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS at any time. Reply HELP for help. You may also manage or disable reminders in the app. Unsubscribing from SMS does not cancel paid access or delete your account. You may re-subscribe through the SMS sign-up flow in the app.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Abuse, harass, or interfere with other users or our systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except as allowed by law
- Misrepresent your identity or provide false registration or opt-in information
- Use SMS or notification features for spam or purposes other than personal task reminders
8. Intellectual property and your content
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the Good Luck N Life name, is owned by Radcliff Design LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service, such as your task list and on-device document vault files. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit server-side content solely to operate and improve the Service. Document vault photos remain on your device and are not uploaded to us unless you choose to export or share them outside the app. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
9. Disclaimer
The Service provides general life organization tools and reminders. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information in the app. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that reminders will be delivered on time or at all; delivery depends on carriers, device settings, and other factors outside our control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Luck N Life, Radcliff Design LLC, and their owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for access in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) $29.99 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Good Luck N Life, Radcliff Design LLC, and their owners, operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Dispute resolution — binding arbitration and class action waiver
Please read this section carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court.
Informal resolution first: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at info@goodlucknlife.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.
Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in North Carolina or, at your option, by phone, video, or written submissions. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this provision. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver: You and Good Luck N Life each agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of class proceeding.
Exceptions: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing info@goodlucknlife.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your account email. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) shall proceed in court rather than arbitration.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app’s account settings or by contacting info@goodlucknlife.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including paid-access, intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law) will survive termination.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence apply. For any dispute not subject to arbitration under Section 12, the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
15. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may also provide additional notice in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
